Bud Moeller takes the F2003 GA chassis #228 Formula 1 Clienti car, which was originally driven by Rubens Barrichello, for some hot laps around the road course at Laguna Seca.

This photo was taken on the straight coming out from the pit area. There is a bridge just out of view to the left. The F1 car was moving so fast, getting a clear pan shot was an extreme challenge from where I was permitted to stand. Because of obstructions, it was impossible to frame the car until it burst into view at a speed of nearly 200 miles per hour. I took a lot of bad photographs! I listened for the scream of the engine, aimed for the opening and tried to follow the car as it streaked by. The F1 car puts out an amazing sound like no other race car. I must somehow find a way to attend an F1 event in the future. Alas, I live in California . . .
