This house could justifiably be considered a sanctuary for evil spirits. Its location near a rail yard lends itself to the hardships and tragedies of those who passed through over the years. I love the choice of this subject. The overgrown weeds and unkempt landscape add weight to the feeling of despair and neglect. I have a few suggestions to make this a stronger image; I hope you consider my opinions to be helpful and constructive.
I would return to this location again. Try moving closer to the fence. Choose an angle that eliminates the DHL freight car or trailer from the background, as it detracts from the composition. Try to frame the house so that the massive tree does not dominate the structure. See if the tree can be used more like a border to frame the house from the left. Use a tripod and lower shutter speed so you can bring out more of the details. At f 2.8 this image is too soft. Consider shooting at f 8 or smaller, using the metal prods from the iron fence in the lower third of the frame. This point of view may result in a more immersive, immediate experience for the viewer. If there are structures or other objects visible from the rail yard crop them out. But I don't think that will be a problem if you try the strategies I'm suggesting.
